- JJennifervipPittsburgh / Western PA •101 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur 2nd time dining here. It was our 46th anniversary and we were congratulated several times by staff. Our entrees of fresh pasta were excellent. We shared rosoto balls and carrot & beet salad - both yummy. The suggested wines were lovely. Finishing up with Apple Costini with whipped mascarpone was a delicious ending served by the chef.More infoPino's Contemporary Italian Restaurant & Wine BarPrice: Expensive• Italian• Point Breeze•4.8

Love her. Great seeing Jeff per usual. So nice to go to a place where the manager remembers your name. Even the valet was great. Food so good. I ate way too much and would do it again. - DDavidvipPittsburgh / Western PA •96 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMorcilla is my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh because the food is always delicious. I always have the octopus, which has never been disappointing. This time, I tried the gildas, which blended wild anchovies with olives. Really tasty. I had the beef tatar, which everyone In our group thought was one of the best they have had. Lynn's gin and tonic could turn a McDonald's hamburger into a gourmet meal. Like all restaurants these days, the sound level is on the high side, and the ambiance is more like a busy European bistro. The service is attentive, and the dishes come out as they are ready, so nothing has been sitting, waiting to be picked up.More infoMorcillaPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Lawrenceville•4.9
- TTimmPittsburgh / Western PA •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I decided to celebrate her birthday at Eleven. We were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful! We started early with $9 cocktails at the bar. We had Martinis with Plymouth Gin for only $9. They were great! Then we got $9 glasses of wine to take to our table. We ordered oysters to start, and they tasted so fresh, sweet & briny. My wife had the pork chop and I had the radiatori. They were both delicious. Finally, we had the Trio of Ice Creams with very rich & creamy vanilla bean, lavender honey, & maple brown walnut butter. They were all so good. Nick, our server was excellent too. He never rushed us, but he seemed to be always there to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything.More infoELEVENPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown•4.8
- NNancyPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe pasta dishes were superb, as was the salad with lump crab meat and avocado. The panini, however, was disappointing. The bread was two slabs of thick, Texas-style bread, and the filling was very thick. Along with the Italian meats and cheese, there was shredded lettuce. If it was cooked on a Panini Press, the chef/cook forgot to close and press it. Obviously, whoever made the Panini has never been to Italy.More infoCasbahPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Shadyside•4.8
