My wife and I were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary and my wife's 70th birthday. Graham, our waitstaff, greeted us, showed us to our table, and immediately poured us a glass of champagne. What a wonderful start to the evening! From the first course through the dessert, the meal was outstanding. Graham ended the night with giving us Happy Anniversary and Happy Birthday cards, both signed by the Holly Hill manager, chef, and all of the waitstaff. My only complaint was that we were seated at a table next to the open air window, and the loud motorcycles periodically made conversation a bit difficult.
