The greetings when we arrived (early and were still very pleasantly accommodated), the attentive service, the cocktails, beef tartare, and lobster spaghetti - all were extraordinary.     Best meal I've ever had, sharing many dishes with my family here. The pâté en croûte, scallop ceviche, hanger steak, and Brussels sprouts were all to die for. Service and ambiance also impeccable. This is the kind of restaurant they make movies and tv shows about, expertly run by a wonderful team and head chef.
