Best Market Cuisine Restaurants in Saint-Michel

Amazing service and food, as always. Even though the menu changes every once in a while (which is wonderful to be able to try new things!), the quality of the ingredients and experience remain consistently excellent.

Best service I’ve ever experienced and the best meal of my life

Wow! This was our first stop when landing in Montreal for 5 days and it was the BEST meal we had all trip. The drinks, apps and entrees were outstanding!

Excellent service. Appetizers were delicious. Food overall was very good!

Bungalow has essentially a classic bistro menu with some updates. Fried calamari with salad was an excellent appetizer for two people to share. It seemed fresh and well-prepared. Mains of steak (cooked exactly as requested) and navarin d'agneau (underseasoned) were perfectly fine withoug being at all distinctive. In short, exactly what I usually want from a bistro: a predictable meal of good quality ingredients, classically prepared with no surprises. On the night we were there, it was not at all crowded, so noise level was fine. But we could easily hear the conversation of a table at the other end of the restaurant, so I imagine it might be noisy when full.
