The restaurant was tastefully decorated for Christmas. The menu was extensive with many great choices. The food and drinks were terrific. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Homemade roasted peppers, homemade cannolis, even homemade dried chilies ... get the hint :-) . Everything super fresh in an awesome and unpretentious environment. The base sauces were not over-spiced or herbed (for me) and the portion sizes were generous. We had chicken parm, tagliatelle, roasted peppers, rapini chimichurri, lemon pistachio cannolis, and affogato and have more we want to get to based on this experience. I’ve been in other restaurants where these make quit a difference with the sound level! This would be the only suggestion I would have! Otherwise, everything was GREAT!!! I'm not going to call it a crust because it is much more delicate than that. It's not a breading either. But there is a little something on the outside of the calamari that makes it delicious. The aioli is lovely as well.
