Overall very good food and service. It’s a bit noisy but I guess that shows everyone is enjoying themselves. Must try is the signature Char Siu. The sea bass is deboned which is a first for me. Recommended. Overall 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. Wish they serve soup.

My first time to eat at Haidilao hotpot in Canada. Great services from Sunny and Steven. They are very attentive and friendly. A must-visit if you want to eat hotpot.

We come here often, and their great service never changes. It's such a welcoming environment, and there are plenty of varieties to choose from on their menu. Their workers are very friendly and always do their best to assist us if we need any help. Also, a shout-out to their new employee, Jackson. He was very accommodating and made sure our table had a great experience, answering any questions we had as well.
