- JJohnaKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe flew into San Francisco during the atmospheric river for a 70th birthday celebration. The weather was disappointing but our waiter was over the top great. He was friendly, informative and made the night special. The whole staff made us feel welcome and the food was outstanding. We even received a special birthday treat! Highly recommend this restaurant!More infoWaterbarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6

I would highly recommend this restaurant to any and everyone. The owner shook our hands as we left the restaurant and they were so friendly and engaging. The Duck Confit was amazing. The wines and bread, Kale salad and desserts were exceptional. Everything was spot on! Can't wait to come back again. Keep doing what you're doing Cote Ouest, don't change a thing! Initially, the arrival experience was definitely lacking, but at the table service was lovely and attentive. The menu is smaller, and more California Italian than traditional Italian, but everything we ordered was tasty, and the portions are very generous. The noise level was much louder than expected - it's not a great choice if you're looking to enjoy a quieter conversation - but it seems great for younger families or other groups or 3 or more.More infoCreekwood RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Berkeley•4.7
- KKathySan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI went to Millennium with 2 friends to celebrate my birthday. It had been many years since I last ate there and my memory was that the food was less than average. I decided to give it another chance after I read that the restaurant had Michelin recognition. I'm so pleased that I did. The food was excellent and very interesting. We shared 3 appetizers and 1 main dish along with 1 dessert and a glass of wine. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant. The ambience was warm but the noise level was rather loud for 3 "older" women who wanted to talk to each other rather than scream at each other. Really that was my only complaint. I would definitely go back again.More infoMillennium OaklandPrice: Expensive• Vegan• Oakland•4.7

We love the setting either indoors or out. For beverages, there is lots of variety with Lucas's French, Italian or Californian wines and a full bar. The short ribs with the polenta cake, Jerusalem artichokes, cranberries and sweet potato puree was the stand-out dish for us this visit. It's a neighborhood gem!More infoSessions at the PresidioPrice: Expensive• Californian• Marina / Cow Hollow / Presidio•4.5
