Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Banff

The prime rib was absolutely melt in your mouth tender. The vegetables accompanying it were cooked to perfection. It was a truly enjoyable meal from beginning to end.

We had a great experience at The Bison. The service was great, the food was excellent, and we had a lovely evening overall. You won't go wrong ordering the Bison Tartare. I've been to The Bison several times before, but this was probably the best visit I've had. Looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Banff.

We very much enjoyed our supper here. We brought our 4 month old and the staff were so accommodating to make sure we had space for the stroller. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! We had the gnocchi dish and the braised beef ravioli, would definitely order these again and we look forward to visiting again!

It was a great first experience, the food was creative and tasty. Overall I recommend this restaurant for its good food and relaxing atmosphere.

We ate breakfast Wed. Oct. 22 and Oct, 23. at the Crave . Both waiter and waitress from Australia had excellent customer service answered all our questions. Both were so friendly and made you feel so welcome. I would recommend the breakfast to all my friends
