- TThomasSacramento / Sacramento Valley •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe stopped by Ella's bar for appetizers and drinks at the bar while waiting for a friend. Claire W, working the bar, immediately made us feel at home. Cocktails, wine, and a couple of small plates, and everything was perfect. Super yummy, nicely presented, perfect portions. Claire answered all our questions, gave us good insight into what to expect from the small plates, and her wine recommendations were spot-on. Claire also has the perfect personality for the hospitality industry. Warm, open, patient, knowledgeable, and fun. We loved her!!! Next time we fly in to Sacramento, we're definitely heading to Ella's. You should too!!!More infoElla Dining Room and BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.7
- CChrisvipSan Francisco Bay Area •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoEasily the best overall fine dining experience in Sacramento (we love several others as well, it’s just that The Firehouse is one-of-a-kind). The ribeye special tonight was especially exceptional. We keep coming back for the ambience and personal service, with consistent attention to detail, and no one else has a setting like this (not to mention the best wine list outside of Napa).More infoThe Firehouse RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.8

- NNancySacramento / Sacramento Valley •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis is my third time dining at Frog & Slim and it did not disappoint. Janelle provided excellent service, was very knowledgeable about all the menu items, and attentive without hovering. My friends and I ordered different items (deviled eggs, bruschetta, braised pork shank, artisan lasagne, wagyu burger, pumpkin spice crème brûlée, bread pudding) and everything was delicious. The stand outs for me were the bruschetta with the toasted rye bread and the bread pudding. I will definitely be back!More infoFrog & SlimPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.7
- BBarbaraSan Francisco Bay Area •11 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024This was our second time visiting the restaurant and it was as good or better than our first visit. Servers are attentive and knowledgeable. Food is excellent. There was a large party near us which is the only reason that I said that the noise level was a bit high. Fantastic restaurant!More infoPrelude Kitchen & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Sacramento•4.6
