We are a relaxed, family-welcoming Italian restaurant on Sydney's beautiful coastal hub. We are Coogee's oldest Italian restaurant, owned and operated by the Lombardo family for more than 20 years.     Had an absolutely exceptional, fabulous, gorgeous time with my friends here today. Dining in the cellar room felt like we had gone back in time. A nice feel of classy casual. The level of service was fantastic, with designated friendly waiters continually checking in and keeping us hydrated. The starter/share plates and cocktails were so tasty. Fuss free, and quaint. I look forward to going back.

    We have an excellent dinner at Maiz. The margaritas were really good, all the dishes were authentic and tasted delicious. The standout dish was the pulpo, it was so tender and the dish had great flavour combinations. The dessert was the only dish we didn't rave about, it tasted like a granola bar with some strawberries and yogurt. Maybe it was an off night! maybe we didn't choose well? It wouldn't stop me from returning though. The customer service was great, and all in all, a lovely evening at reasonable prices.
