    Great selections as always from the regular menu, the special last night was the final night of 2 pasta entrees and a bottle of wine which was a good value. Always good food at a good value. Service as always was excellent, attentive without being intrusive.

    My filet mignon was outstanding, probably one of the best I've had at a restaurant. It was perfectly seasoned (not too salty), perfectly prepared and amazingly tender. Their early dining menu is an excellent value which includes soup or salad (lobster bisque was a delicious $3 upcharge), main entree and dessert (carrot cake is sooo good). The Chop Old Fashioned is also amazingly delicious. This is my favorite restaurant. Make reservations!

    My family has been coming to Door County since I was a child and we have seen the progression of restaurants in Door County over the years. The Blue Bear/Della Porta in Ellison Bay is leading a new direction for Door County. Local farm to table food executed in a delicious and simple way is priceless. You can taste the love that goes into the food and service. Definitely going to return many more times.

    Pizza was excellent - food great. Dessert -so so. Gelato I think was in freezer too long and chocolate tasted like hersey syrup . Service wonderful .
