We started In Good Taste in 2020 with one goal in mind, to make wine more accessible and less intimidating for the everyday drinker. Close friends and co-founders Joe Welch and Zach Feinberg collaborated with award-winning winemaker Matt Smith to source wine from top winemaking regions. Together they curated a portfolio of high-quality wines into tasting flights, featuring six or eight single-glass servings in our patented 187ml mini bottle.As our customers’ palates and preferences expanded, so did our wine selection.     A while back, I cannot book reservation on Open Table app the time we wanted but I still booked at a later time. When I called the restaurant directly, the hostess was able to adjust the reservation to the time we wanted. We arrived to our reservation at 12:30 pm today. The hostess Daria was so accommodating when I asked to change our table to a better view of the water. The server was nice explaining the good red wine on the menu according to my liking. I ordered the recommended Meiomi red wine. It was light to my taste which was good. My friends got white wine and Irish coffee. For starters we ordered the Horseradish Deviled Eggs with Bacon and tasted good. My friends ordered the same Crab Cake Benedict and Classic Eggs Benedict. I got the Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops over the risotto. The whole food was delicious. The interior ambiance was beautiful. The service was superb. A few times I visited the restaurant in the past and I don’t mind returning for occasions or just to hang out with girl friends. I recommend The Trident restaurant even it’s a drive to Sausalito from different angles of places.

    Been a steady customer since Yoshi opened its doors, and still am! The food is sublime, the service attentive without being intrusive, the manager was kind and accommodating but the food remains the star! Thank you, Yoshi, for proving a restaurant opened before its time, can keep up with popular demand and offer creativity, freshness, and the most delicious sushi in the Bay Area!
