Our go-to place for our date night. Love the Valentine's Menu. We had the surf and turf. Ordered the steak medium but came out well done, we said something and it wasn't a problem for the manager or staff to remake our steak medium. The manager brought it out and asked us to check first if our steak is how we liked it. He was always very accommodating. The manager actually gave us 2 drinks on the house since they messed up my order but they are so professional you could tell they take good care of their customers as well as take good care of their staff. We've enjoyed Merriman's before. For this visit, we brought out-of-town guests. Everyone had a tasty meal. I really like the salad verte - who knew fresh greens and lemon oil could be so tasty? DH had the cheeseburger for the first time - he said it was outstanding. I had a personal favorite - fish tacos. Their iced tea is also particularly good - not just Lipton but a lightly fruity black tea. I have celiac disease (no gluten, ever) and they are able to accommodate with more than just one choice.

For a restaurant in Foodland, the food for the price point and level of service is amazing. The service from the hostess, so the wait staff are so attentive and polite. But it is the food where they shine. I have worked my way through their menu and have never been disappointed.

We come here every time we stay in Ko Olina This trip we shared the poke tacos very good. And of course the mai tais Bulgogi pork tacos my husband always loves these and I had the Kalua pork and pineapple pizza also very good. Our server was good as well which we have never had a bad one here.

The food and drinks were great. Service was excellent.
