The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery.     We had the petite filet Valentines day . The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We had creamed spinach and mashed potatoes with the steals. Both sides were really tasty. we had a flourless chocolate espresso cake as a perfect dessert. It was decadent and rich. The service was good to great and the atmosphere was romantic and upscale. It's an expensive meal but the execution of all the meal components makes it worth the price. Ruth's Chris remains our favorite special occasion restaurants.

    Lamar our server was very attentive and pleasant. Food was great as usual. Minor issue was the room temperature was a little chilly just kept our coats All in all outstanding flavors and presentation. We had the filet and tiger prawns.

    The chicken dishes were outstanding and so were the cocktails. It was extremely busy on Valentine's Day, but the service was still on point. The sides, Brussel Sprouts and Pumpkin Spice soups were so tasty. Loved it all.

    We were greeted and had a wonderful lunch in one of the stalls with our granddaughter I thought it extra special that the hostess brought over an information sheet that i was able to read to our granddaughter about the history of the stable
