Excellent food and service! Short Rib and chicken entrees were delicious!

Such a great place ! I had brunch here and ordered the Chorizo which was recommended as a frittata and it was amazing. They were very attentive to my dog as well and the pup meal was perfect for my Labrador who is hungry all the time. If you want to try their cocktails i would strongly recommend the Hachiko, Lucy or the Snoop Dog which is perfect for this cold weather. I will definitely come back to have dinner as well, for their Yappy hour.

Urban Coal Pizza continues to deliver excellent food and service. The pizza was outstanding and our server was attentive throughout the meal. However, despite having an OpenTable reservation, we were disappointed to be seated in an isolated area next to the bathrooms, completely removed from the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere - one of Urban Coal's main draws. When making a reservation, I expected a table in the main dining area. We would have gladly waited for a better table had we been given the option. While the food quality makes this place worth visiting, I'd recommend either specifically requesting main dining room seating when booking, or simply waiting for a spot at the bar instead of using OpenTable. The isolated seating arrangement significantly impacted our dining experience. Great place for a client meeting. Beautiful property and ambiance. The dishes are curated with finesse. Always a nice dining experience. Service could be more attentive but I've been dining here for many years and they've improved considerably.
