Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. Another great meal at Duck Goose. On one of the coldest nights of the year, we were served hot and heartwarming food. We took advantage of their great value steak night deal and all the food was to the usual high standard. Service was friendly and attentive.

Friendly welcome at the door, taking care of our wet coats. Waitress (Izzy) was lovely, explaining the menu and looking after us really well the whole evening. Some disturbance from a nearby table, when 2 customers were taking videos with glaring phone lights, was quickly dealt with by the staff. Special presentation of dessert for my birthday, with a complimentary glass of port. A great evening. Thank you.
