Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bistro 31! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. I also appreciated the cozy yet elegant ambiance of the restaurant—perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. Michael and his team clearly know how to create a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy another exceptional meal! Excellent Martinis. Very good Avocado dip & chips. Always a good burger. Experienced servers. Loud during Happy hour & dinner.

Exceptional in every way! From the ambiance to the service to the food - there is simply not a better restaurant in the USA. Internationally only the Jules Vern in the Eiffel Tower comes close. Yet while the Jules Verne is exceptional it takes itself seriously where Mister Charles is classy yet playful!

We were sat outside without requesting it, and there were not heaters. It was chilly, but not the end of the world. Food was great and our server Tori was incredible. Highly recommend the pastas!

The whiskey dinner at Maple Landing was remarkable in many ways. The whiskeys presented were introduced and explained by the provider. The quality was superb. The food was exceptional, always interesting and artistically presented. Again, explanations were provided with each course, regarding the unique ingredients and methods of preparation. I can't wait till their next whiskey dinner event. A real gourmet treat!
