Best Cozy Restaurants in Keller

I had been here once before and had a marvelous experience. It inspired me to return after hearing about a wine tasting event they were hosting. I loved every minute of my experience at the restaurant learning more about Italian wines; and the food is exquisite! You will not be disappointed with any selection here. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! The wait staff is attentive, kind and knowledgeable; and the owners are passionate about their business and especially their customers. Please go and see for yourselves their beautiful and genuine Italian hospitality!

We haven’t been out to dinner in a few months because of the way the food Wes prepared. Seemed every meal was rushed as in if you ordered a steak dinner the steak would be burnt on the outside and cold on the inside and the sides that came with it would either be extremely hot or cold. The wait staff seemed rushed. Calabrese was a great combination of the way restaurants should be. The welcome from your staff was warm and professional. The waiter we had was very friendly and not rushed. He was very educated about what menu. And about what his job was. Everything came out as advertised and told to us. From the start to finish. Even Theo we weren’t rushed we were only there less than 2 hours with the valentines dinner menu. Most restaurants should offer menus on a regular basis to make the restaurant experience easier and less stress. We will definitely be back to Calabrese.

I had a great experience. The service was excellent—fast, efficient, and very attentive without feeling intrusive. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was just right. Food was excellent, as always at Next Bistro in Colleyville. I have experienced enough Valentine's dinners in my life to know that the prices double and service for the first seating is rushed because they are trying to get you in and out before the next time slot arrives.

Always a wonderful time and excellent food. A local staple for many years.
