Pleasant and knowledgeable staff and great food. Only downside was that the servers seemed stretched thin, even during a time that wasnt super busy.

Probably the best food and cocktails in Portland. That is saying a lot. Gorgeous ambiance and very good service. Highly recommend the lychee martini and scallops. Creative, high level flavors and presentations. Only dings are the menu on QR codes or flimsy unreadable paper. So, phone lights going on all over the tables. Also, the corkage fees exceed NYC, ($120 for 2 bottles) so we passed on our favorite bottles saved for birthday celebration from home cellar.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Thanks for seating me and my friends in a quieter corner. We found the menu items all appealing and the seasonal offerings sounded so good! Our meals were plated very nicely and everyone said their dish was so good! Thanks for providing such wonderful service and dining experience! We will definitely be back and recommend you your friends!

We enjoyed the evening as it was a belated celebration of my birthday. Our server, Hamid, gave us great service. We ordered a fish and a steak dish. The fish dish was very tasty but the top sirloin, though cooked to order - medium - was a bit on the tough side, so it was very chewy. We'd had a top sirloin steak earlier in the week at a different restaurant that was very tender and delicious. The comparison of the two steaks definitely favored the earlier steak. :) But, overall the experience at Stanford's was very pleasant.

Great food and service. Definitely will go again.
