It was amazing, people are friendly and warm welcoming. We were served by Shahid and he is a real gentleman. It was our marriage Anniversary and they even celebrated that at last, which was a very nice gesture! Had been in this place before and experiences are always nice!

Opting for the 5-course tasting menu during our visit on Wednesday evening, we were treated to a journey of flavours that were as refined as they were inventive. Each dish was a testament to the creative genius of Chef Aktar Islam and his team, blending traditional Indian influences with modern techniques in ways that delighted the senses. From the very first bite, it was clear that each plate had been crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The balance of flavours, the textures, and the presentation were flawless—elevating every course into a work of art. It was impossible to pick a favourite dish as every course brought something unique to the table, showcasing a remarkable depth of culinary skill. The service was equally impeccable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, their knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings enhancing the entire experience. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, creating an atmosphere of relaxed elegance that perfectly complemented the meal. The highlight of the evening, however, was our post-dinner conversation with Chef Aktar Islam. His dedication to his craft and his customers was evident in every word, and it was truly inspiring to hear firsthand about his culinary philosophy. It is rare to encounter a chef so committed to pushing boundaries while maintaining such a profound respect for the origins of his cuisine. This is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates extraordinary food and exceptional hospitality. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning to see what new creations await us.

Food was good but I thought it was cheeky that they add a charity donation to your bill without asking. They also add 12.5% service charge (not an issue but let the people know). Drinks are a bit pricy (non alcaholic). 2 people- lunch menu a drink each (not boozy) and 1 additional starter cost over 75 quid.

The food was really nice the presentation and taste was great. The place itself is so nice I am glad we visited around winter time as it felt very cosy and festive. I have to say our table service by Michela was perfect, she is so lovely and well spoken and presents the food well and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.
