We’re not supposed to be biased, but is there anywhere in the UK more beautiful than Devon? We think not (sorry not sorry). From start to finish going to Stage is a wonderful experience. The ambience is casual, intimate but not stifled. Grace is a fabulous staff member who is warm and enthusiastic about the menu. The food was again totally delicious- we have never eaten the same dish twice. The presentation is always thoughtful but unfussy. I particularly enjoyed the celeriac dish that kicked off a beautiful stream of dishes. The chef serves along with the other waiting staff and seems genuinely interested in diners food experience. He is so talented. We love this restaurant- it is the best dining experience in Exeter and is incredibly good value for money. We have already booked our next visit.

Great ambiance, very busy, great food and great service. Right in the center of Exeter. The place is very cheerful with all the colors and decorations inside. I recommend it for any occassion.
