Staff is especially helpful and many are long term. Our favorite in London.More infoSt. JOHN SmithfieldPrice: Very Expensive• British• Farringdon•4.8
- BBridieMelbourne •4 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoReally great food - everything we ate was excellent. However, the service was not as good as I had hoped - we had booked for a special occasion, but felt disappointed this was not acknowledged across the evening. We were originally sat at a table right by the door which felt like an odd choice given they knew we were there for a birthday, however we were moved to a nicer area which was appreciated. However, after we moved, we had to flag down waiters to order more drinks and ask for desserts. It felt a bit like they wanted us to leave by the end. Besides the service, the ambience was great and the food really was good. I hope the service would be better on a next visit.More infoCorrochio'sPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Dalston•4.4

- GGraceLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 14, 2024I'd been eyeing this place since last year, but finally snagged a table for my sister's birthday last night. As a pescatarian, I was delighted by the variety of seafood dishes. The prawns were a standout. Don't let the small plates fool you, they're deceptively filling! We ordered about 1-2 dishes of each item on the £50 menu between 3 of us and were stuffed. Each dish was a flavour explosion! The chickpea curry was perfect. Our servers, were incredibly attentive and friendly. The vegetarian soup was a comforting blend, while the saltfish fritters were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. My siblings raved about the chicken soup as well!More infoOctavesPrice: Expensive• Caribbean• Stoke Newington•3.9
