The baba ganoush had a perfect smoky flavor and smooth texture, while the halloumi was crispy on the outside and perfectly soft inside—absolutely delicious! We then shared an Antep Lahmacun, which was simply outstanding. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and full of flavor. For our mains, we chose the Adana Kebab and Slow Cooked Beef Shank. The Adana kebab was cooked to perfection with the right balance of spices, and the beef shank was melt-in-your-mouth tender, served with a rich and flavorful sauce. To finish, we had the Burma Antep Baklava, which was packed with pistachios and just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with a Turkish coffee, it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Everything—from the food to the service and the atmosphere—was top-notch. A well-deserved 5-star experience!
