The Black Horse in the village of Fulmer is nestled between Gerrards Cross and Pinewood Studios. The 17th Century craftsman’s cottage has gradually been extended to form a charming country pub full of nooks and crannies. Under new ownership, The Black Horse has recently undergone extensive refurbishment both inside and out, creating one of the nicest pub environments in the area.Food is our passion and we will never compromise on quality. We are proud of our seasonally changing menus, simple, yet exciting using the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce. Certain dishes have become specialities such as our sticky ribs and homemade 8oz burgers. Our beef has been aged for a minimum of 35 days and the roast beef served on Sundays is unrivalled. During the colder months cosy up next to the roaring fire in our Shebeen where we serve our full menu We are dog friendly throughout so you can bring your pet pooch as long as they are well behaved. There's free parking, lovely relaxed seating, a lively Shebeen bar and friendly staff waiting to serve exotic meats, espetadas - (our signature dish which is a skewer of meat or seafood, dripping with marinade over your side dish), sticky ribs and much more.
