Had a lovely meal with friends. Dog friendly with a good atmosphere and the staff were lovely.

Food was very well presented and delicious. Service was attentive. We had a nice table for 5 where conversation could flow without it being too noisy. We recommend!

I have been to this restaurant three times in the past year and every time it has been lovely. The quality of service and food is exceptional, yet the prices are affordable. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere during the day and evening. Would definitely recommend.

Had our anniversary lunch here today, and our first experience of this kind of restaurant. We are in love. The food was sublime. The salads and sides were super fresh, and the range of warm sides covered everyone's tastes. The Garlic mushrooms were amazing! The the meat served to the table was all cooked to perfection and allowing you to sample all the different types to your hearts content is perfect. The staff are attentive, but not pushy, and can't do enough to help. We would recommend everyone visit this lovely reasonably priced restaurant in the heart of York!

What a lovely restaurant from the moment we arrived we were treated really well, waitress was excellent,food was superb and really good value, the only thing that needs to be made clear when booking is that its card payment only
