Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Paisley

Never had food, just drinks, cocktails were lovely and the place was beautiful, would definitely recommend and visit

This is my favourite steak restaurant in Glasgow and hence why once again I chose it for my Birthday lunch with family. My wife had obviously told them that it was my birthday so there was a birthday card on the table..a nice touch. Anyway starters were excellent with the pork cheek and tiger prawn being superb. I had had the philly cheese steak spring rolls previously and knew these were really filling however my son had these and they looked superb. We all had fillet steaks cooked to either medium rare or medium and all were cooked to perfection. Accompanied by hand cut chips we also had sides of onion rings, rocket and parmesan, mac and cheese and glazed carrots and by the end we were all full although I did not have a dessert my wife and future daughter in law did and they looked brilliant. Have been twice now and staff were extremely pleasant and very accommodating, ensuring we had a table where there was plenty of room for my dog. An ignorant fellow diner made nasty comments about my dog being there but that is obviously nothing to do with the staff or restaurant. The food was great, although very garlicky, and reasonably priced.

Visited The Spanish Butcher in Glasgow for my fiancé's 30th birthday last night. Great touch from the staff leaving a little branded birthday card for him. Everything was perfect. The staff are all knowledgeable & well mannered. We had a starter each & shared a chateaubriand (galician) with some sides. Our food was all absolutely perfect. Definitely the best steak we've ever had. The restaurant decor was moody & intimate & gorgeous. I can't wait for another special occasion to come back.

The venue was quiet as it was January.... which meant it was chilly too! Wear a jumper :) The pizza was lovely. Not much atmosphere, but I'm sure on a busy sports night it would be good. The service was a bit slow, as we weren't sure if it was table or at the bar. We ended up just going up to the bar to order. The boozy brunch deal was great value with a wide range of drinks. Thank you!
