Opting for the 5-course tasting menu during our visit on Wednesday evening, we were treated to a journey of flavours that were as refined as they were inventive. Each dish was a testament to the creative genius of Chef Aktar Islam and his team, blending traditional Indian influences with modern techniques in ways that delighted the senses. From the very first bite, it was clear that each plate had been crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The highlight of the evening, however, was our post-dinner conversation with Chef Aktar Islam. Food was good but I thought it was cheeky that they add a charity donation to your bill without asking. They also add 12.5% service charge (not an issue but let the people know). Drinks are a bit pricy (non alcaholic). 2 people- lunch menu a drink each (not boozy) and 1 additional starter cost over 75 quid.

Lovely Time. Food Was Good. Starters was lovely. A Little Dissappointed With The Sanpei Chicken For The Main, it was bland and the chicken tasted boiled. no flavour. however the Nyonya Lamb was delicious

I had an amazing meal out with friends and family at The Rolling Mill. For starters, I enjoyed the pork belly with pineapple and the bratwurst sausage salad—both delicious and unique. My main course, shin of beef in bourguignon sauce, was perfectly tender and full of flavour. To finish, I had the croissant bread and butter pudding with custard, which was the perfect sweet ending. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. The Christmas decorations added a lovely festive touch, creating a warm and beautiful atmosphere. Always highly recommend!
