- JJadeLondon •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoA fantastic & delicious lunch out with my book club. We all enjoyed a 3 course meal. Every single dish was incredible & so full of flavour. We were also lucky enough to enjoy the Christmas market whilst we were there too, which made our experience wonderfully festive & wholesome. We will be back again soon no doubt!More infoThe Anchor Inn - NaylandPrice: Moderate• British• Nayland•4.6

- DDanNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoMeal of the year, hands down. Started with on-point Negroni (me) + a glass of Cremant (my wife) and those seriously classy smoked cod’s roe gougéres. Starters - Carrot Vinaigrette, St Jude's Cow's Curd, Walnuts + Wild Rabbit, Partridge & Duroc Pork Terrine, Medlar Jelly, Toast - both stunning. Mains - Jacob's Ladder, Beer Onions, Black Cabbage, Polenta, Sage + Sweetbread & Bloodcake Hogget Heart Crépinette, Hispi Cabbage, Mash, Madeira Sauce. The latter undoubtedly the best offal dish I’ve ever eaten, still grinning about it now. Dessert - shared an Apple Tarte Fine, Cinnamon Cream + a coupe of amazing Negroni jellies - seriously like a Negroni Tangfastics 😊. All accompanied by a lovely bottle of Reuilly. To find food this good in the perfect country pub setting is an absolute joy. So grateful to have this place within walking distance of our front door. - WwendyCambridge/Cambridgeshire •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024Fabulous food. The scallops and halibut were particularly good. Fresh, juicy, sweet and perfectly cooked with extra sauce as requested. With a few tweaks in his approach, the new executive chef has taken the menu to another level This restaurant has a lovely warm ambience. Great professional service and staff brimming with enthusiasm and details on the dishes and drinks. The whole experience is delivered so well by George and the teamMore infoThe SuffolkPrice: Very Expensive• British• Aldeburgh•4.6
