Wow. I am so thrilled that my wife and I had an opportunity to dine at Melt on Valentine’s Day. From top to bottom an excellent experience. Our server, Laura, was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and an outstanding server - we will be coming back and asking to be seated in her section! The food was unreal. I ordered the v-day special waygu beef skewers and my mind will never be the same. Absolutely stunning combination of flavors - The perfectly seasoned waygu was brilliant and the corn salsa delighted with its sweet smokiness. A perfect combo. That’s all for now. Late lunch after the Eagles Superbowl Parade. Very glad we had reservations considering the huge number of people in Center City. Despite being slammed, the Gran Caffe seated us promptly and the food came in a timely manner. Well done!! Great to be welcomed by Manager Cara and to receive such great service from Mimmo.
