    We enjoyed a memorable dinner experience at RPM. The restaurant featured an excellent, engaging team who shared their knowledge, expertise, and recommendations about the fine appetizers, wines, pastas, main courses, and desserts perfectly. We shared the Prosciutto Service and Fritto Misto appetizers among our four diners - the plating was elegant and ample. Main courses were excellent! They included Black Truffle Risotto, Cacio e Pepe and Pappardelle Bolognese and we recommend each. Enjoy RPM and a fine evening of dining!

    Absolutely yummalicious from the homemade sour Dayton the pizza to the rigatoni pasta in a homemade pesto sauce to the scrumptious tiramisu a la pavlova. Brian the server was thorough efficient and effective.Good job.Ive been to Esther’s since 2018 and they’re like a great wine aging well and brilliant Well done 👍

    Visit Vegas 6 times a year and our first night is always dinner at Carmines. Baked clams and veal Parmigiana. Just so scrumptious. With the warm bread and a glass of Pinot Grigio, just can’t be any better. Service is great and the atmosphere is fabulous. Coming back the first week of March and you could rest assured that we will be having dinner at carmines the first night. Best Italian in Vegas.
