Best Italian Restaurants in Silverton Casino Hotel

Food was outstanding. We had the bone marrow surf and turf which is reason to come back. Wonderful and I highly recommend. Then we split the 1/2 pound king crab scampi and 20 oz bone in ribeye and mascarpone creamed spinach. Ordered the ribeye medium rare and was a bit over but not enough to send back as it was very flavorful. Spinach was delicious. Service was a bit of a disappointment. My wife’s cocktail had a string in it. Seemed like it was an inconvenience for our server when brought to his attention. Took way too long long for a remake and he made the comment about is it better without the string. All in all I will revisit because the bone marrow was awesome.

Had a great time here for Valentine’s Day, been before 3 times for birthdays and anniversary and have loved it every single time. The servers are all great and last night our bar tender Sam was amazing. Always nervous about going out on holidays especially in Vegas but this was a wonderful experience. The vodka pasta is a MUST every time we go and drinks are delicious.

Just wanted to make a few comments, I love this restaurant, been coming here for years and disappointed with some of the changes, osso buco is no longer on the menu, pasta Fagiolj is only available on Friday and Saturday now, and last but not least when we got out to go boxes they brought over a plastic bag that looked like the ones you get at the dollar store. This is not a Chinese take out restaurant why the plastic bags? What happened to the white paper bags with the handles. Making cuts and raising prices doesn’t make sense, do one or the other. Overall the food and service was outstanding like always but don’t like the changes.

From the chopped salad to the entree to the chocolate molten cake, everything was the perfect temperature, beautiful presentation and 100% delicious. The high ceilings cause it to be noisy, but tolerable.

Food was amazing and they brought out these garlic bread slices to begin with and the sauce they left for it is what they knocked out of the park with. Four guests at that table not one person complained about food service or anything. It was very busy that night and the food was a few more minutes late than usual. But then here they come with more of those garlic bread slices and that put me at ease real quick. Oh the dessert forget it, once you eat that good night and sweet dreams or shall I say in our situation a very sweet night for the ladies with us. 10 stars my friends.
