- TTerenceNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoNicely lit and decorated spaces. Long bar with comfortable stools upon entering. Seems they have a good Happy Hour M-F. Will have to check it out Everyone was dressed nicely, as the ambiance calls for. Drinks well made and on par pricewise. Escorted by personable hosts to table in dining room. Tables were spaced well. Ambiance of a high end steak house. Servers were attentive, efficient and polite. Manager Saul was involved and engaging. Noise level was quite comfortable, even with a number large parties scattered throughout the room. Small cheese puff biscuits provided on table is quite good. Centrally located salad and sides bar clean, fresh and on temperature. Nice variety as well. French fries and mashed potatoes are also available/provided. The mashed was good, but the fries, while hot and crisp, were coated. Not my preference, but not unpleasant. The tableside meat skewer service was very frequent and plentiful. The meats were hot and perfectly prepared. This night there was beef and lamb picanhas, bacon wrapped chicken, brazilian sausage, plain and spicy sirloin, filet mignon and flank steak. I had hoped for lamb chops and maybe another pork offering (other than sausage) but I was not disappointed in the least with the night's selections. The house Malbec was reasonably priced and very good. Dessert selections were not extensive, but nicely varied. Pecan pie, a chocolate mousse cake and key lime pie were some of the choices. The ice cream that accompanied the pecan pie was not too flavorful and not as sweet and creamy as one would expect. But the pie was spot on. The espresso was very good. Good coffee is a must for a venue like this. Joining their email mailing list gets you a certificate for $20 off your next meal and a birthday special offering as well. Interesting item was reading about their butcher shop on their website. While not on the premises (I dont think), you can order their signature meats for delivery or pick up at the location.More infoTexas de Brazil - YonkersPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Yonkers•4.7

- JJoeNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSensational dining experience. The food was outstanding; particularly the salads, steaks and sides. Huge portions, quality ingredients, top-drawer preparation and all well-priced. The service was outstanding. We never felt rushed. All our questions were answered professionally, courteously and to our satisfaction. As for ambiance, the music was a bit too loud and monotonous, but, unlike most restaurants today, you could certainly carry on a conversation with no difficulty. All in all, we had a throughly great meal at One Rare. We will certainly return.More infoOne Rare Italian SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Scarsdale•4.8
- BBarbaraNew York State •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThe food and service were outstanding as we were fortunate to have Peter himself serving us. We started with the grilled octopus which was tender and so flavorful. Hubby had the scallops with risotto, which he loved. I had the veal ala Peter. I would highly recommend this dish with its complex flavors and tender veal. We finished with the homemade Tiramisu, the best we have ever had. Our entire experience was memorable. Would highly recommend.More infoPeter's SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Eastchester•4.4

I miss when it was the Dolphin but their new style is so worth the trip. Staff is always friendly . Oh and don’t sleep on the Thai Mussels!! Make sure you ask for a side of toasted bread so you can dip in the broth. YUM!More infoOne Pier SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Yonkers•4.6
