We did not feel rushed, the service was attentive and professional. The two of us sat in a lovely booth, as requested, which is much more private and quieter than being in the middle of the restaurant. We both ate the Classic Prime Rib, with twice baked potato, Keg Caesar salad, mushrooms and onions. My piece of meat(which was medium rare) I found chewy and when I was asked by the server I said so, which is unusual for me. The next time I looked up the restaurant manager was at my side and he swiftly took my plate and brought me back a completely new one, in less than 5 minutes. This time the meat was so tender it was amazing! We don't always find this level of service these days but I was very pleasantly surprised that someone actually listened to me and wanted me to have the best experience in their restaurant.
