Best Seafood Restaurants in Paia

As usual on our visit to Maui, we visited The Sea House on the last night before going home to the mainland. The view from our table was outstanding with the beautiful sunset in the distance. However,, we were surprised at the missing items on the menu. We could understand certain fish not available but dessert items were missing ( no ice ice cream pie, no vanilla ice cream). In the past, that has never been a problem and, hopefully, will not be one in the future.

We love Tommy Bahama! They are consistently good. We come here whenever we're in Maui. Ahi stack and Mai Tai, then always the Bungalow Salad. Their macadamia crusted fish isn't as good, maybe, but still delish. Still A Fan!

Fantastic meal from start to finish. Everything was on point, as you would expect from a restaurant of this type. My daughter announced that it was the best steak she has ever had. Granted, she is 16 but she was very enthusiastic about her choice.

Food was outstanding! We made the reservation without knowing they would have a thanksgiving menu and were anticipating seafood, but could not resist trying the special thanksgiving selections. They did not disappoint. We started with the Ube bread, and with the melted honey butter and drinks, made a tasty start to the evening. The seafood coming to tables around us looked fantastic also and I only wish we could have had more time on Maui to return and try more. We will be back in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Duo last night. We shared the wedge salad and requested that they chop it and split it. We also shared the New York strip steak with bernaise sauce on the side and the flash fried broccolini which was also delightful. Our server Chad welcomed us back as we had not been there since the Spring and he was very helpful and a pleasant server. It is always nice to be remembered by the staff.
