He should know that you do not remove plates or silverware until all in the group are finished eating. I ordered the pasta Alfredo, and the general manner came to prepare it tableside-- it's a whole show involving a big wheel of cheese and flame, very fun! Service is European style so a bit slower than we typically expect, but everything was terrific.
