The decor was great for a romantic evening or a casual dinner date. The food was impeccable. If you’re ever in NOLA, I’d recommend visiting Vessel NOLA. We ordered the Meatery board to start and the cracklins were probably the best I’ve ever had. They give those meateries in Scott a run for their money! (And I think they’d beat ‘em!) basically everything on that Meatery board was great. Then we got the pork chop and it was absolutely massive, and delicious. We also sat across from the window from the kitchen and I got a front row view to how chef Toups handles his business and it was such a cool experience to be able to see him run the kitchen.
