It was our first time dining at this restaurant and we will be putting it on our rotation from now on. He had the pork chop, which they described as "7-fingers thick", having ribs and loin in one piece. I had a filet mignon, and we shared generous sides of mushrooms and au gratin potatoes. His friendliness, personality, knowledge of the menu, care for detail, and attention was absolutely superb. We started with the deviled eggs and scallops. Some of the best deviled eggs we’ve had, highly recommend. I had the fresh catch and my boyfriend had the bone in dry aged ribeye. Both were delectable. Cooked perfectly and the flavors melted in our mouths. Living in Vegas for 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of wonderful restaurants. Oak stands out among the best.
