    My wife and I had a terrific Valentine’s Day dinner and drinks. The prix-fixe menu options were excellent. The oysters, tuna tar-tar, strip steak were done perfectly. The bread pudding was possibly the best I’ve ever eaten. My wife’s halibut may have been a touch overdone—but just a touch and that’s only relative to everything else being absolutely perfect. The service was prompt, courteous and pro-active. The atmosphere and large table in a cozy nook was perfect, too. Highly recommend!

    Staff was very proactive about confirming allergies at the moment we got water, and followed through by confirming specific dish modifications several times before we could even ask.     Another meal where we continue to be amazed at the quality of food that comes out of the kitchen. Without pretension they just take food selection and presentation to the highest level. We’ve dined at FSC at least 20 times and truthfully, You definitely get what you pay for
