    We were promptly seated on an indoor outdoor patio. All of the servers were attentive and friendly. The manager also checked on us a couple of times which was nice. It wasn’t intrusive. It was just a brief ‘Can I get you anything?’ which is always welcome. We ordered several appetizers, some noodles and a couple of entrées and just shared them with the table to get a taste of a bunch of different things. They did a great job at coursing out the food. The order was exactly as we had placed it. The timing was perfect and the food was very creative and delicious. The ambience is very cozy and charming. The restaurant wasn’t too loud, but it still had a good energy to it. My husband and I are debating if it is our new favorite restaurant in Phoenix. It is pretty exceptional in many ways. I highly recommend.

The ingredients are impressively fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique and expertly crafted. Every dish feels meticulously prepared with incredible attention to detail. We tried their happy hour special—a 10-course tasting menu for just $120 for two people—and it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was a delightful surprise, full of creativity and balanced flavors. The pork belly skewer with green sauce was a standout, perfectly tender with a vibrant, savory kick. Overall, Uchi is the perfect place for an elevated dining experience without breaking the bank, especially during happy hour. Highly recommended!

    Came in for a quick bite! Everything we had was fabulous. One of my favorite sushi restaurants to go to when I fly in from New York. Had the toro which was to die for! Had the tuna tartare on crispy rice, the kimchi wagyu beef dumplings and my husband had the tuna and salmon avocado rolls. Normally I don’t eat salmon but here I do! I only wish there was a place that had this type of service, ambience and to die for amazing and fresh sushi in New York, which you would think existed!
