- CCassondravipNew York City •40 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoVery fresh, delicious food. Recommend the scallops appetizer, set on a bed of mashed potatoes - melts in your mouth. Meatballs, any appetizer with eggplant. pear, radicchio and walnut salad makes you forget it's winter. The lamb chops are extraordinary and of a quality only a restaurant can get. Black cod Livorno - luscious!! Palma's pastry chef is exceptional - you can taste the actual ingredients without being overwhelmed by the sugar. Attentive, but not intrusive, staff. Charming, romantic setting, with fresh flowers everywhere!!More infoPalmaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9
- AAndreaNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoPiccola Cucina never disappoints. Personnel is kind and attentive, the food is outstanding and the noise is decent. My go-to place when I crave Italian food! Burrata is always fresh and there are so many pastas that you can go several times in a row without eating the same thing. Alfio is the sweetest and kindest host, but everyone is really great.More infoPiccola Cucina EstiatorioPrice: Moderate• Italian• SoHo•4.7
- OTOpenTable DinerNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI’ve read some bad reviews, so I was a bit hesitant. But the experience was pretty good. We found food excellent: fresh oysters, beef tartar outstanding, very tasty burrata. Main course: excellent veal steak with mash. Service was attentive (maybe too much at some point), but we enjoyed it anyway. Nice ambianceMore infoCathédralePrice: Expensive• French• East Village•4.4
- OTOpenTable DinervipNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 8, 2024Second time dining here. I enjoyed the food so much the first time that I had to come back. The downstairs is sexier and more vibey than the upstairs, and is perfect for a romantic date night. The service is phenomenal. The wait staff are super attentive but not pushy. Cocktails are delish. Prices are what you would expecte for the area, and not for the broke. I realized my second time that they change the menu seasonably. Fancy. I went back for a specific dish, a delicate like ravioli with a sweet corn sauce. I can’t even describe it but to say it was dainty, yet rich. The sauce was creamy, a little sweet, but the cheese balanced it. In any regard they didn’t have it this time! So I’ll have to go back again when it’s back. The bread is worth purchasing for thr table. The baked clams are outstanding. Amazing flavor. I opted for a ceasar salad - very good, but dressing was a bit more anchovy tasting than I prefer. My husband got the branzino and I got the seasonal ravioli dish. I was disappointed with the flavor profile of the dish, which had caramel yogurt zucchini mint sauce. I was hopeful but it wasn’t for me. The chicken cutlet parm is grade a. The lasagna was very good and worthy of going back. They had a kimchi lasagna on the menu this time that I wanted to try, so I’ll be back. Sounds creative. Bathrooms super sexy. Nice wallpaper and clean. If their kitchen is as clean as their bathroom - bravo.More infoTucciPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9
