- KKalebMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoLoved the steak, but honestly, it was more the servers that made the night for me. Very good at their job, yet a great balance of personable and professional. Food: 8/10 Got the silver butter knife steak. Some parts were 15/10. Others were a bit too salty for me. Cooked VERY WELL. And dang, those 15/10 bites were to die for. Servers: 12/10. They really go above and beyond in service. Having good short conversations, being warm, and being great servers. Atmosphere: 8 but made 10 by the staff. I had never been there, and it was my first time getting a higher end dinner like that. So I felt a little out of my comfort zone, yet the staff did a great job at making me and my girlfriend feel welcomed. Overall, I loved it and will go back someday. :)More infoMurray's Restaurant & Cocktail LoungePrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown / North Loop•4.8
- SSydneyMinneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy boyfriend and I went to Butcher & The Boar for Valentine's Day and it was perfect! The food was phenomenal— the long rib was so tender, the cheddarwurst sausage was delicious, the chive + sour cream mashed potatoes were the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. Our server, Ian, was wonderful! He was attentive and fun! Highly recommend Butcher & The Boar!More infoButcher & the BoarPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Mill District•4.6
- TTracyMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoBeautiful space. Delicious food and drinks. Dont be fooled by bad cutlery! Despite struggling to cut my steak, it was a tender, melt in your mouth filet. Perfectly cooked. Waiter (Cole?) was very prompt and friendly. I appreciated him being present when needed but not overly hovering so we could talk on our rare date night out of the house. Appetizers and entree portions were appropriate for the price. Food and drinks came to the table quickly despite it being Valentine’s Day - I would usually expect slower times due to busier day. Reservations worked perfectly, walked in the door and brought immediately to our table. Had asked for a booth in our reservation if possible and we got seated in a booth. Hostesses were all very nice. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more pleasant experience. As a working mom who rarely gets to get out of the house for fun, or out on a date night - I couldn’t have been happier.More infoChianti Grill - RosevillePrice: Moderate• Italian• Roseville•4.7
- JJennineMinneapolis - St. Paul •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe received a gift card for Christmas and saved it for our anniversary dinner. Everything about the experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and gracious and our server, Henry, was an absolute joy. We each had a cocktail and shared the nachos for an appetizer. I'm not normally one to gush over nachos but OH! were they delicious. I'd eat those 100 times. I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked; my husband had the sturgeon which was also perfect. We ended the dinner with a surprise dessert in honor of our anniversary. All in all, it was pricey but worth it for a special occasion. We'll definitely go back.More infoBaldamarPrice: Expensive• Steak• Roseville•4.9
- TthomasVIPMinneapolis - St. Paul •19 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 19, 2025Lovely setting, attentive service, delicious meal and exciting cocktails. We loved every aspect of our date night dinner. Beef tartare, scallops and duck were all outstanding and beautiful. Passionfruit tart also very nice. Don’t miss the passionfruit cocktail with bubbles, sidecar or espresso martini. Exceptionally good.More infoBlondettePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown / Mill District•3.8
