A New York Style Parisian Bistro. A 4000 sq, foot restaurant that is designed with contemporary sensibilities, yet returns the nostalgic ambiance of an authentic Parisian bistro. Round marble bistro tables and wicker chairs spill out onto the sidewalk, offering a kind of people watching one might indulge in, along Boulevard Saint-Germain. Overlooking the runway at Scottsdale Airport! Join us for unparalleled views and dining for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch! PATIO SEATING REQUESTS- As the patio is a high demand area with very limited space we cannot guarantee patio seating. Additionally, in order to accommodate all of our guests' seating preferences our patio seating is limited to an hour and a half for parties of four or less, and two hours for parties of five or more. You may add a note for preference for patio seating to your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate that request when you arrive. If patio seating is not available at your reservation time you may let the hostess know that you would prefer to go on the waiting list for a seat outdoors.PARKING - We have a large, covered parking lot across from our building. This area can be utilized by the entire Aviation Business Center including Volanti Restaurant, the City of Scottsdale Airport staff, our venue, and United States Customs.

    Overall it was a good experience. Great decor and setting. Feels unique for Scottsdale. Felt like a big city speakeasy. Cocktails were made very well. Only negative for me was the specialty cocktail menu was trying just a little too hard. Every drink had to have something totally unique as opposed to just having some classics with a little twist. Also disappointed that they didn't know how to or have the ingredients to make a Kir Royale. It's not an obscure drink.

    My wife and I love this place, and the food is always solid when we go there. The price is not cheap by any means for the food, but I believe the value is there. Our server last night was exceptional, Curtis went above and beyond with every request and adjustment we needed. The one critique I would suggest, when using open table to book the restaurant requires a $15 per person no show fee, they should in turn give you a $15 credit for not having your table ready when you arrive. We booked for 8 pm last night and had to wait 20 mins to be seated, when first approaching the reservation desk we were ask had we checked in??? there is no QR code or sign for check in??? The hostess (Both) very rude and seemed over whelmed with doing there job! Usually a simple we will get you seated as soon as we can, and thank you for your patience goes a long way!! Instead we got rude and no communication

    It’s all in the details! Chef Joey does everything he does well and with style. The decor is on point, keep and eye on the murals - it’s fascinating. Everything we ate and drank was very good, if not great. Great wine list selection, I got the special - gnocchi and mushrooms - and too was excellent. This is definitely one we will return to when we are in town!

    Our waiter Sean was great. We started with umami rockefeller oysters (best ever!) and the ahi tuna which was excellent. Then the bolognese pasta - 10 out of 10! We then shared sea bass, pureed potatoes and broccolini - so good! Went down to the speakeasy after dinner - very fun. This is a true fine dining experience and not a rushed pace. Plan to take your time and enjoy the evening. Highly recommend the Americano!!

    Possibly the most impressive dining experience my wife and I have ever had. They made our one year anniversary truly special. From the ambience of the restaurant itself and the amazing spectacle of the roof opening, and the gorgeous pool on the top floor. The food was the star of the show as it made you feel like you were on cloud nine with every bite. The steaks were cooked perfectly and every side ordered was delicious. Josh, our server, was the most attentive and caring server we have ever had! What an amazing experience!
