We were told the specials had run out. The restaurant opened at 4, we dined at 6:30. Then, people were seated next to us and told about the specials????? It took over an hour to get our food and then it was COLD???? If I had wanted cold shrimp I would have ordered shrimp cocktail. Things have really gone downhill.

Not sure why the chefs here at Turning Stone can’t seem to master the chicken Riggies recipe. It’s never the same. Only time they are perfect is when Meghan is cooking them or supervising. I will most likely only eat there now when Meghan is working. Too expensive to eat rigatoni’s with sauce just thrown on them. No taste. Not creamy. And they threw red pepper flakes in to make it hot. Not the correct way again.

Our meal was so good & Anne-Marie is always wonderful. We were a surprised with Rowan, her helper. She was rather sullen, no smiles, no conversing with her! We hope she was just having a bad day.

Our waiter Chris was exceptional. Very knowledgeable about the menu and the gluten free options that were available. Food was excellent as was the service. If your celebrating a special occasion I highly recommend Pino Bianco.

Had reservations at 6:45. Had to keep reminding them…finally went up and asked again at 7:05. Finally cleared a table for us. Only ordered 1 salad got 2. Salad was delicious but one was larger than the other. Calimari was delicious but olives and peppers were deep fried too…didn’t even know at first. Couldn’t order anything else had a concert to go to. No time Had 2 drinks. So I can’t say anything else about food. I was very disappointed to say the least. Thought bill was very high for not having a meal. Bread was tasteless and so was the mixed butter. And I love my bread.

I had the special, it was Short ribs with tomatoes and Pasta. Absolutely delicious. We all Enjoyed our meals and the service was outstanding. Ryan was one of the best servers we have had. We will definitely be dining at Pino again!
