   If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines exquisite cuisine with a charming ambiance, look no further than Polo Grill. This restaurant is definitely one of our favorite spots. The star of the show is undoubtedly their lobster bisque. Rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, it’s the best I’ve ever had. We also had the lobster, and it was nothing short of outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of that sweet, ocean-fresh flavor. We also indulged in the Brussels sprouts, which were the perfect complement to our meals; they were seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. Adding to the delightful atmosphere is a talented guitarist who plays throughout the evening, creating a warm and inviting vibe. The restaurant itself boasts a timeless style that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a classic dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, Polo Grill is a must!

   Small filet, redfish, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and a fabulous rum punch: all delicious! Service was excellent! Simply a lovely dining experience.

   Always a treat to dine at the Polo Grill! Ordered the Caesar salad and tenderloin chili. Very nice! Service was friendly and very attentive!

   Upon arrival we politely requested a booth. Based on her demeanor, hostess looked to be moonlighting from her day job at the DMV. She took us to an area with three open booths, paused, then announced they were all reserved. We took a table instead. Two booths remained empty the entire time we were there. Ok, not the end of the world, but it was our first visit, and likely our last. We spent $275 for two.

   Loved it. I would prefer a restaurant that highly rated to have a daily tasting menu. I also thought it was a bit inappropriate that we were seated in the bar area despite booking a table.

    We would have gotten the same or better service at Olive Garden. We sat there for 10 minutes while servers passed us by. As soon as I asked for our server, the wait staff was rude and short. We had to ask for multiple refills and to order our food. We never received our bread. We were never asked if we wanted cracked pepper or our crumbs wiped off the table. I mention these specific services because they were provided to other tables around us. To no surprise, our server was very kind when she brought us the check. It was the most disappointing experience at a fine dining restaurant we’ve ever had. I will be warning people to never go to Polo Grill
