   I have no idea why this restaurant allows dogs. It is a small and compact venue and they allowed a 120 + pound long haired St Bernard. I won’t be returning any time soon.

   Wonderful meal on Sunday evening in the small dining room. Service was very good and the wine list was a nice combination of French and California selections. Best Belgian beer list in PS too! We ordered Mussels, Steak au Poive and Sole Filets and everyone enjoyed their meal. Will definitely return!

   A lovely experience, except the adjacent tables were loud and the patio when enclosed at night magnifies the sounds. Additionally, we had asked for a specific waiter but he was not working the area we were in, as we were with our service animal. However, the waiter was nearly as excellent as our regular.

   We are on vacation and were up for some moules et frites. This restaurant reminded us of some in Belgium. Quaint with great food and service as soon as you walk through the door.

   Truly delicious moules frite, sauteed sole and "fish and frites" made our lunch at Pomme Frite really delicious. Service was a little overwhelmed by an influx of Angelenos escaping wild fires, but the setting is quaint and comfortable in a Greenwich Village kind of way, and the value was really good. All in, for a restaurant we've overlooked in the 13 years we've been coming regularly to Palm Springs, we'll definitely be back.

    Please note, if you are hungry and want to eat soon, you should maybe consider another option. While the food is very good, and well presented, the service is quite slow and sometimes outright lacking. It took about ten minutes before someone even brought water to our table. The table sitting next to us had to ask twice for water before they got any and they asked for bread and never received it. Our waiter seemed to forget we were there. Our main course was not served until almost an hour after we were seated and at no time did the waiter stop by our table to explain or apologize for the delay. This was our second visit in the last few months, both times service was lacking.
