   Very pleasant experience at this location on a busy Saturday night. The service provided was top-notch and the food was fantastic. Even though the kitchen was busy, it was obvious our food did not sit and wait to be delivered. The salad came nice and cold and all our other dishes arrived piping hot. We will definitely return to this location.

   We booked a reservation a month in advance to celebrate our Granddaughters 21st Birthday. We were seated in the bar area, the seats were very uncomfortable and the bar area was very warm. The server did not make us aware of any specials or deals for a party of four and did not come by to check on us much to see how our dinner was going. The chicken was very tough, the shells were over cooked to the point of being crispy and the portions were small for the price. The food was way over priced and disappointing. Overall, the experience was very poor.

   They were out of kids menu sheets and had limited dessert lists. Food was good and we had very few leftovers.

    lunch with seven of us. Good company, great service. We were there for lunch at 1 o’clock. Family style service was great and the server directed us for amounts. Amount turned out to be just perfect. Prices are great. We loved it.

   They seemed like they did not have anything together. We made a reservation on open table when we went in they said an hour wait. Well open table Was showing reservations within an hour. I fact within 10 minutes. Waited for so long for food. They stated the lasagne got burnt and had to recook. Lots of empty tables. Obviously no workers. The guy that seemed to be manager was walking around barking orders to staff when he was doing nothing.

   This my my first and last visit to this restaurant. The hostess gave my reservation away to someone else. When I complained, she did nothing to fix her mistake and we waited even longer. When we were finally seated, (and this was my perception of how the server greeted us), I felt as if we were inconsequential and/or irrelevant. I ordered the chicken parm and my date ordered stuffed shells. Her meal was served hot and delicious. My meal was lukewarm, the breasts were flat patties (possibly frozen?), the marinara sauce had no taste and the food tasted gritty. I complained, had the meal taken away, and didn't order anything else. The server apologized and offered me FREE ice cream, which I politely declined. First impressions are lasting impressions!! 👎

   Restaurant is old and needs renovation. Tables not set properly. Wait staff standing around talking, on the phone, had to go to them to get extra silverware , find the check. Food was worse than frozen food at the grocery store. Food was lukewarm.

   Great service from our server, Food was alright. Great portion sizes. Was expecting a wow factor cause of the great reviews I saw and people recommended this place was slightly disappointed for my first time being there.

    Robert (mgr.) was very accommodating and got us the table we requested and early. Laura was our waitress and she nailed it, perfect. What a wonderful evening. Can’t wait to go back.
