   Service was backed up quite a bit and the room we were in didn’t seem to have its own audio so it made it not the most pleasant. Food was top notch with attention to detail.

   This was our first time at Quiessence at The Farm, and the ambiance was amazing. From the drive in to getting seated- I loved it. We had gone for Valentine’s Day and had the course meal, and were super excited for the food. Staff was extra attentive to my allergies, and made sure to confirm them prior to us ordering which I was very thankful for! Unfortunately, my partner and I had thought the food was very mediocre. For the first course, my partner had the soil & seed broccoli soup, and thought the broth tasted quite good! I had the wood fire oysters that had a strawberry mignonette, crème fraiche, herb oil, and Meyer lemon. I thought this was good, but I didn’t like the strawberry-maybe just personal preference. For the second course, it was heart shaped gnocchi’s. This was our favorite dish of the night! It had duck confit, daikon radish, fennel, shaved beets, goat cheese mousse, preserved meyer lemon, & fennel frond. This was absolutely delicious! Our third was the braised pork belly, and we thought this dish was just alright. The dish consisted of anson mills grits, grilled carrots, pickled fairytale pumpkin, tempura shishitos, and a chimmichuri sauce. The chimmichuri sauce definitely made the dish a bit oily. We also would’ve also liked more vegetables on this dish! We got one maybe 3 inch carrot piece,1 thin slice of pumpkin, and 2 small shishito peppers. For being on a farm, we definitely thought that we should’ve seen more fresh produce on our plate. Then, you can’t go wrong with dessert. One thing that I absolutely enjoyed was prior to getting our main course, we were offered a tour around the farm house. It was definitely interesting to see how they turned the house into a restaurant, and built the chefs kitchen! We got to go into the kitchen & meet the chefs and see what was going behind on the scenes. Lastly, one thing that caught me off guard was that there was an automatic gratuity of 20% added to the bill for 2 people. We were not aware.

   The most lovely dining experience I’ve ever had. Our waitress was so knowledgeable. Everything tasted perfect. I especially loved the opportunity to tour the beautiful farm and the kitchen.

   I loved the whole experience! The food was outstanding and we were able to meet the chefs. I was there with a good friend for Galentines on Feb 13th.

   A wonderful farm to table experience from start to finish. Each dish was unique, delicious and beautifully plated. Very accommodating to food allergies.

   The food is exquisite and the wine pairings divine. The servers are excellent and the ambiance is lovely and not pretentious. It is expensive and worth every penny. The attention to detail is beyond compare.

   I was utterly amazed by Quiessence. Each course had interesting features and flavors and left me excited for the next course. The ambience is idyllic, the staff are attentive without being obtrusive. A top dining experience.

    Courses took way too long to get to us. You also need to work on dressing up your back patio. It’s a bit bare and a dis-service to the garden and the farm. Direct sight lines from the concrete patio to the restrooms is not desirable.
