The 1215 fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.

The service at 1215 was second to none, impeccable service the bar staff were as amazing as the waiting staff. Chef’s food was incredible! We can’t wait to come back

Stunning hotel. We booked a table for a wedding anniversary treat. Great service, staff attentive and delightful. Food was excellent and overall as good an experience as we could have hoped for.

Delicious food from start to finish - chef Tim Sheed and his team has done an amazing job. The flavour in the scallop with masala, tomato and sea herbs was amazing and complex.

We had the 7 course meal for dinner and although initially it didn’t look like much, by the 6th course we were full. The food was so delicious and service was impeccable
