   Enjoyed a nice lunch celebrating Valentine’s Day! Enjoyed drinks and had New England clam chowder to start. Meals were shaved steak sandwich and chicken pot stickers which were all delicious 👍

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Bethlehem 1741 on the Terrace during Winter Restaurant Week, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. The ambience of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed evening out. The service was exceptional—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. We chose to go with the Winter Restaurant Week menu, and both of us selected the skirt steak for our entrée. It was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, making for an incredibly satisfying meal. We also enjoyed the appetizers and desserts, which were a great complement to the main course. As this was my first time visiting, I was impressed by the overall quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning in the future to explore more of what the restaurant has to offer. Highly recommend for a great night out in Bethlehem!

   It’s a beautiful dining room over looking Main St Bethlehem. The food was delicious and well prepared. Our server was attentive.

   We had a wonderful anniversary dinner on a quiet Monday night. The ambience of an historic hotel is magical. The food and service were excellent and the whole evening was just as we hoped it would be.

    We've been there numerous times and never have had better than ho hum service. We like the Terrance but the way the Manager has it organized, there seems to be a lot of wasted movements from the servers. The food is good (not fantastic), the ambiance incredible which is why we keep coming back.
