The experience was the worst we have ever had. Sat for 45 min prior to seeing server after asking twice. Had to go to bar ourselves to get drinks. We left without eating d/t the server telling us she forgot to place order , this was after waiting 45 min to even order from her. The service was the worst. Everyone in the place was heading to event w 8pm start. Very poor management. And obviously understaffed although there seemed to be plenty of staff on running around, doing what, I have no idea. Bad idea for the rafters to offer this experience. We had to go to rafters and order sausages Not a good holiday evening out

Food order this visit took almost 30 minutes for a burger and a salad w/cold grilled chicken. Not sure why it would take so long. Service much worse than last year. I know it gets busy before a game, but they need to figure it out and check on tables better. It seems there are a lot of people working but there’s been so many issues this season for us. We frequent club a lot as season ticket holders. Kitchen and servers should also try to bring food to table at same time. I had my salad 7-8 minutes before my husband. This happened all the time last year too. Thank you.

The burgers are delicious, and the waitstaff were friendly and professional.

They charged a 15% service charge which we thought wad the tip for our waiter. When we left he tracked us down to complain that we didn’t leave him a tip. He said the service charge was for everyone else working including the bartenders. One of our party asked for a slight variation of a cocktail which the bartenders said they couldn’t do for us despite having all the ingredients. I have never seen 15% service charge added without an explanation, should have been warned so even if we decided to leave an extra tip we would not have bases it on the total that included the service charge.

Rough game one for our favorite 1928 team. Insanely slow kitchen and bar service. Need to get the kinks out quick! We had reservations at 6:15 - normally plenty of time to be in seat at 7. Tonight it wasn’t even close. So plan accoridngly!
